PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This project was the conversion of a first floor space at street level to a practicum restaurant. It housed state-of-the-art computerized kitchens, along with a high end restaurant environment. The final product is used for teaching as well as service to the public at large. The project was a fast track during summer recess.
