William J. Gallo

William J. Gallo, AIA is Executive Vice President of JWR Construction Services, Inc, a general construction company. He serves as client liaison and is responsible for all administration, finance and marketing. Professionally, Bill coordinates all pre-construction services and provides consulting services to third party for dispute resolution and analysis.

Bill is unique in the construction business. His training includes architecture, construction and development economics. This rare combination of businessman and architect has made him extremely effective as it relates to design/build, construction management and integrated project delivery.

Prior to joining JWR, Bill operated his own architecture and construction management firm, founded in 1973, with offices in New Jersey and Florida. In 1985 a development subsidiary of Security Savings Bank, a publicly traded financial institution, purchased his firm. While there, he served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overall operations.

Bill has over 40-years of experience with specific expertise with higher education, health care and renovation projects. Bill has been actively involved with education as a professor, architect, builder and Chairperson at the Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center. As such he understands the needs of renovation and addition projects that need to be accomplished within the time frame of the school calendar. His pre-con skills stem from his abilities as an architect wherein he is able to pre conceive system selection, schedule administration and identification of long lead items. Additionally, he is instrumental working with the design team at making design adjustments to assist field operations and price optimization.
